REGISTRATION FEES
Package registration fees per person include:

• Access to the Expressive 2012 symposia
• proceedings of Expressive symposia
• lunch for the whole duration of the symposia, from 4 to 6 June
• coffee breaks
• gala dinner at the restaurant Les Tresoms on 5th June
• A boat cruise on the Annecy lake on 5th June

*Rates shown a VAT of 19,6 %

Student registration : 235€
ACM SIGGRAPH/Eurographics Member student registration : 200€

Late Registration ( after 5th may 2012):

Full registration : 550€

ACM SIGGRAPH/Eurographics Members must provide their membership ID in order to have a reduced registration rate, if this number is not entered, the participant will have to pay full registration.

Student registration requires a written letter on paper with university header, stating that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D.-student at the time of the conference, to be signed by the university professorsupervising the student. This letter should be sent to colloques@inrialpes.fr as a scanned pdf email attachment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made by writing to the colloques@inrialpes.fr . Cancellations received before May 5th, 2010 are fully refundable minus 10% processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
